2ruMe Terms of Service

Welcome to 2ruMe Technology. By accessing or using our mobile application or enterprise platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the services we provide and form a legally binding agreement between you and 2ruMe. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

2ruMe provides digital tools for real estate management, property rental, tenant onboarding, listing services, communication, maintenance tracking, and client referrals. The platform is open to individuals such as tenants, landlords, agents, and enterprise-level users such as real estate firms and property managers. All users must register with accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to refrain from any misuse or unauthorized access attempts.

Users of 2ruMe agree to take full responsibility for all activity conducted through their accounts. This includes maintaining the integrity of listings, ensuring truthful communication, fulfilling obligations related to payments, and respecting platform policies regarding dispute resolution. Any suspicious activity, impersonation, false claims, or fraudulent listings may result in suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account. If you are an enterprise user, you are responsible for the actions of the users you onboard through your dashboard.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that 2ruMe is not a direct party to rental agreements or property sales between users. We facilitate the connection, communication, and transaction processes, but do not control the accuracy of listings or the conduct of individual users. Any disputes that arise between tenants and landlords must first be handled through our internal dispute resolution system. Our resolution team will review submitted evidence and communicate decisions based on fairness and available records. While we strive for equitable outcomes, the resolution decisions made within the platform are not legally binding but serve as a first step before escalation to legal courts, if necessary.

Users are expected to comply with local, regional, and international real estate laws applicable to their property or activity on the platform. 2ruMe does not assume legal liability for regulatory violations or non-compliance by any user. We do, however, reserve the right to suspend any user found to be operating in a way that violates laws, platform guidelines, or ethical standards. Any user who uploads misleading, false, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is subject to immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All transactions made on the 2ruMe platform, including rent payments, subscription charges, and service fees, must be processed through our approved payment processors. We do not store card or banking details directly, and all payment data is handled in compliance with industry security standards. Where applicable, transaction histories are stored in your account dashboard and accessible for reporting purposes.

All intellectual property, trademarks, designs, logos, and underlying technology associated with the platform are the sole property of 2ruMe Technology. Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or use any proprietary content without express written permission. Content uploaded by users, such as property images, descriptions, or reviews, remains the property of the user, but by uploading such content, you grant 2ruMe a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it for platform-related purposes.

2ruMe is not responsible for losses or damages arising from user behavior, platform outages, internet disruptions, third-party service failures, or inaccurate listings provided by users. While we strive to maintain high availability and integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of material changes via email or in-app notifications. By continuing to use the platform after such updates, you acknowledge and accept the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, your only recourse is to discontinue using the platform and request account deletion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be escalated to the appropriate court with jurisdiction over the matter in Nigeria. We encourage users to act in good faith and uphold the collaborative, professional, and secure environment we are building together through 2ruMe.
